Alexey Sergeev’s story of the IPA CIS featured at Saint Petersburg TV Channel

Secretary General talked about the history of the IPA CIS, the Tavricheskiy Palace, a gem of headquarters. He also highlighted the Living Memories Tour which starts on 11 March 2015. The purpose of the tour is to commemorate the Victory by gathering specks of eternal flames from across the CIS memorials.
