Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy visited the St. Petersburg Office of the MIR Interstate Television and Radio Company and congratulated Director Olga Martisova on the 25th anniversary of the opening.
Dmitriy Kobitskiy presented Olga Martisova with the “IPA CIS. 25 Years” medal and wished her MIR Office new achievements and further growth of the audience.
