Dmitriy Kobitskiy congratulates MIR St. Petersburg Office on anniversary

Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy visited the St. Petersburg Office of the MIR Interstate Television and Radio Company and congratulated Director Olga Martisova on the 25^th anniversary of the opening.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy presented Olga Martisova with the “IPA CIS. 25 Years” medal and wished her MIR Office new achievements and further growth of the audience.
