IPA CIS Council Secretary General presents the graduates of the St. Petersburg State University’s School of International Relations with diplomas

A graduation ceremony took place at the School of International Relations of the St. Petersburg State University. Straight-A Master students received their diplomas from the hand of Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy.

Congratulating the young people on the important event, the Secretary General noted the high status of the university they had graduated from.

Head of the School of International Relations Irina Novikova also addressed the graduates with kind words. She pointed out that intake had become “truly international”: for the first time students from over 42 countries had graduated from the school.

In total, 410 students received diplomas this day: 195 Bachelors, 181 Masters and 34 postgraduate students.
