Dmitry Kobitsky: "It is difficult to overestimate the role of parliamentary diplomacy in solving many topical problems"

There is a conclusion of Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy that addressing the hearings on Role of parliamentary diplomacy in solving current issues of the international agenda.

In his complimentary speech, the Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat highlighted the topic of security, in particular, its aspect of the fight against terrorism.
