International conference 25 years of Kazakhstan`s Track Record of Independent Growth took place in Minsk

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan at Charter and other CIS Bodies Jergali Bulegenow opened the Conference.

Viktor Guminsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee –Deputy CIS Executive Secretary, participated in the conference. In his report he noted that the CIS highly values consistent, solid and clear stance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at strengthening of the Commonwealth. Over the 25 years, the integrative initiatives of Kazakhstan have contributed to the success of the CIS as a universally recognized international organization and a demanded mechanism of intergovernmental cooperation.

The conference was also attended by plenipotenitary ambassadors of the CIS member nations at charter and other CIS bodies, as well as Andrei Evdochenko, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Migash Joseph, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Belarus, MPs, representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus, and Yuriy Andreev, the IPA CIS Council Secretariat officer.

Yuriy Andreev made a report on the work of MPs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the framework of the IPA CIS in considering issues related to harmonization of legislation of the CIS member nations.
