IPA CIS Secretariat delegation visits the Berezovaya Alleya memorial

The ceremony took place in Lyuban, the place where thousands of Soviet soldiers gave their lives defending Leningrad against the Nazi invaders.

The IPA CIS delegation led by Alexey Dolzhikov, Deputy Head of Secretariat, took part in the ceremony together with RRs and local administration.
