IPA CIS takes part in the commemorative ceremony at the Piskarevskoye Memorial Cemetery

On the eve of the Victory Day the delegation of the IPA CIS laid wreath to the Defenders of Homeland at the Mourning Nation monuments at the Piskarevskoye Memorial Cemetery in St. Petersburg. Wreaths were laid on behalf of the IPA CIS council and its Chairperson Valentina Matvienko.
