Leaders of the youth organization “Kyrgyz Union” visited Tavricheskiy palace

Representatives of the community-based movement of Kyrgyz youth called the “Kyrgyz Union” visited the headquarters of the IPA CIS, the Tavricheskiy palace, and met with Nurbek Satvaldiev, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council, Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Young leaders got acquainted with the activity of the Interparliamentary Assembly, saw the inaugural halls of the Tavricheskiy palace, discussed the 5th international cultural and educational forum “Children of the Commonwealth” that took place this summer on the shores of Issyk-Kul under the auspices of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the IPA CIS.

Nurbek Satvaldiev answered the questions of the young guests about the activity of the IPA CIS and invited them to participate in the events that will take place in the Interparliamentary Assembly next year.

The “Kyrgyz Union” is a community-based movement of the Kyrgyz youth established in 2010 in Shanghai (China). Today it operates in Bishkek, Shanghai, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Moscow, New York, Stockholm and St. Petersburg. It focuses on the consolidation of Kyrgyz youth abroad and the promotion of a positive image of the Kyrgyz Republic.
