Regional interparliamentary meeting Monitoring and Evaluation to Enhance the Efficiency of Parliamentarians' Work in Bishkek

The Kyrgyz capital is welcoming the regional interparliamentary meeting Monitoring and Evaluation to Enhance the Efficiency of Parliamentarians' Work.

The event has the purpose to raise participants' awareness on efficiency improvement practices through monitoring and evaluation, as well as the work of the Global Parliamentarian Forum for Evaluation.

The participants are discussing ways to include monitoring and evaluation to the work of CIS parliaments and establishing the Regional Parliamentarian Forum for Evaluation.

The meeting brought together CIS MPs from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russia, Tajikistan, representatives of the Office of Jogorku Kenesh and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Representative of Belarus Viktor Kogut, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Representative of Moldova Ion Lipciu, representatives of international organizations, international and local experts.
