IPA CIS Delegation Laid Flowers at Piskarevsky Memorial

Today, the solemn mourning ceremony dedicated to the 78^th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War took place at the Piskarevsky Memorial Cemetery. The IPA CIS delegation included IPA CIS Council Secretary General Dmitriy Kobitskiy, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Chilingaryan, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Irina Sokolova, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Bakhtovar Safarzoda and other staff members of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.
