Kazakh MPs Approved Draft Law on Safety of EAEU Countries Production

Today, the plenary session of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by its Speaker Nurlan Nigmatulin ratified the Agreement on circulation within the EAEU of production, the requirements for which are not defined by the EAEU technical regulations and the rules of ensuring the safety of such production.

Within the Agreement the Union Member Nations can establish their own legal regulations concerning the circulation of such production and requirements for its safety.

According to the Agreement, the information on the reported cases of harm related to the circulation of dangerous production will be published on the common information resources of the integrated information system of the Union. Unsafe products will be subject to seizure and withdrawal from production.
