Kazakh MPs Ratified Agreement With Azerbaijan on Migration Cooperation

Today, headed by Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev, meeting of the lower chamber was held. During the meeting, the senators considered and approved the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic on Cooperation in the Field of Migration.
According to the press service of the chamber, the agreement aims to establish legal framework for cooperation between the two countries in this area and implement joint measures to counter illegal migration.
