Kazakh MPs Ratified Agreements on Cooperation Among CIS Armed Forces

Today, a plenary session of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by head of the chamber Nurlan Nigmatulin ratified agreements aimed at strengthening cooperation among the CIS armed forces in order to build peacekeeping capacity and ensure regional security.

Among the ratified agreements there are the Agreement on the Joint Communication System of the Armed Forces of the CIS Member Nations and the Agreement on the Joint Engineering Unit for Humanitarian Demining of the Armed Forces of the CIS Member Nations.
