Parliament of Republic of Moldova Established Friendship Groups With all CIS Countries

Today, the plenary session of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova approved a draft law establishing 45 parliamentary friendship groups. The document aims at ensuring the effective cooperation of Moldovan MPs with parliamentary bodies of other countries.

According to the law, friendship groups with all CIS countries were established: the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Moreover, the document provides for cooperation with many countries of Europe, Asia, North America, as well as with other former Soviet republics.
