Proposals of Russian Senators for Action Plan to Recover Economy Have Been Adopted

According to First Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Nikolai Fedorov, the proposals of the Council to prepare the nationwide action plan providing for the recovery of employment and population incomes, the growth and the long-term structural changes in economy, previously submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation, have been adopted.

According to the MP, the proposals include 44 items to be included in the list of urgent measures to implement the nationwide plan. These include changes in tax legislation, accelerating of gasification of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation at the expense of gas supply organizations and the federal budget, support for families with children, development of the use of information technologies in the field of health protection, etc.

A number of proposals are related to high alert or emergency situations. In particular, it is proposed to outline the regulation of labor relations in such conditions and the procedure for applying flexible forms of employment, for example, remote, distance, home-based work, as well as temporary, shift and seasonal work.
