Senators of Kazakhstan Adopted Law Improving Performance of Courts

The Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted the amendments to the Civil Procedure Code that incorporate modern formats of courts performance, reducing redundant court procedures and expenses.

The adopted document is aimed at the improvement of the mode of operation of the courts under modern conditions, development of conciliation procedures, digitalization of civil procedures, including consideration of minor issues without presence of the parties, reducing redundant procedural actions and judicial acts.
