Senators of Republic of Kazakhstan Adopted Law on Provision of Personnel Services

The meeting of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chaired by Speaker Maulen Ashimbayev, considered and adopted in two readings the draft law amending legal acts on the provision of personnel services.

The document will ensure the protection of labour rights of employees of outsourcing companies, enable them to receive injury or death compensation and to participate in the social security system.

The new amendments prohibit discrimination in wages of outsource workers, provide for the additional annual paid leaves, shorter working hours for persons employed at heavy physical labour or in harmful or hazardous working conditions.
