Tajikistani MPs Welcomed Increased Penalties for Unregistered Entrepreneurship

The MPs of the Majlisi namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan considered the amendments to the Tax Code and the Code of Administrative Offences.
The draft law amends the Code of Administrative Offences, increasing the penalties for entrepreneurship without registration in tax authorities. The other amendments are focused on the development of private health care institutions, which will be taxed at 5% rate. It will allow reducing the costs of medical services.
