Valentina Matvienko Expressed Condolences on Passing of Chynybai Tursunbekov

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, on behalf of the senators and her own behalf, expressed deep sympathy to Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Dastanbek Dzhumabekov and Kyrgyz MPs in relation to the death of their colleague, former Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Chynybai Tursunbekov. She noted that the Federation Council will always keep the memory of Chynybai Tursunbekov as an extraordinary and bright person.
