Vyacheslav Volodin Outlined Priorities for Spring Session of State Duma

Today, the spring session of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation kicked off. At the beginning of the session, Speaker of the chamber Vyacheslav Volodin outlined the MPs’ priorities for the upcoming period.
The key area of the work is the implementation of the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, which sets the agenda for the next two years. Vyacheslav Volodin also noted the need to analyze the law-enforcement practice relating to the laws adopted in the field of providing assistance to the people and the sectors of economy affected by the coronavirus infection.
Another priority for the new session remains the adoption of the laws on the implementation of the new provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
