Igor Karman renewed the commitment of the Moldovan MPs to effective cooperation within the IPA CIS

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev sent his warm greetings to Igor Karman on his appointments to the post of the Speaker of the national Parliament. On behalf of the Council the Secretary General wished him success in the legislative work entrusted to him for the wellbeing of the people of Moldova.
Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Alexey Sergeev said he was looking forward to effective cooperation at the framework of the IPA CIS.
Igor Karman in his turn renewed the commitment of the Moldovan Parliament to further parliamentary cooperation among the CIS Member Nations in the spirit of constructive and trustful dialogue. He also reaffirmed his commitment to the cooperation within the IPA CIS.
Igor Karman was appointed Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova on 30 May 2013 by a majority of 58 votes.
