3rd World Nomad Games will be held on 2-8 September 2018 in Cholpon-Ata

The opening ceremony will take place on 2 September 2018 in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyz Republic, and will bring together about 3000 athletes from 80 countries that will compete in 37 kinds of ethnic sports.

The opening ceremony will be attended by the Heads of State of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Uzbekistan and Prime Minister of Hungary.

This year, snow leopard has been chosen the official mascot of the games to make a special emphasis on ecology and draw attention of the international community to the habitat protection of this unique species.
