Dmitriy Kobitskiy Congratulated Radik Batyrshin on 30th Anniversary of Mir TV and Radio Company

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy congratulated Chair of the International Television and Radio Company “Mir” Radik Batyrshin on the 30^th anniversary of the company. 

The meeting took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace, where the St. Petersburg branch of the TV channel is situated.
