UNCITRAL Experts Discuss Legal Issues in Insolvency law

The sixty-third session of Working Group V: Insolvency Law is being held under the auspices of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) at the Vienna International Center (Vienna, Austria) from 11 to 15 December.
The agenda of the meetings includes relevant civil law aspects of asset tracing and recovery, as well as applicable law in insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings.
Secretary of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Economy and Finance Roman Levin participated in the online sessions from the IPA CIS.
The IPA CIS and UNCITRAL have a long-standing practice of business cooperation in the development of Model Laws on the regulation of international trade and their use in the legislation of the CIS Member Nations.
