Alexander Lukashenko invited the Secretaries General of international organizations to informal meeting in Minsk

President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Bishkek made a proposal to hold an informal meeting of the Secretaries General of the UN, OSCE, SCO, CIS, NATO and CSTO to discuss issues of global stability.

Alexander Lukashenko expressed the opinion that the international system, which more or less effectively functioned after the Second World War, "bursting at the seams." He believe that it is necessary to consolidate efforts in the field of global security.

"In this regard, an important step could be an informal meeting of the UN Secretaries General, OSCE, SCO, CIS, NATO, CSTO and other structures to discuss the accumulated issues of stability in the world," the President of the Republic of Belarus said at the summit of Heads of SCO Member States.
