All-Russian Forum of CIS Pre-School Education Workers

On 20August, the Russian National Forum of CIS Pre-school Education Workers "Landmarks of Childhood" took place in Moscow. About six thousand educators from the Commonwealth attended the meeting.

Chairperson of the Russian society Znanie, Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Lyubov Dukhanina opened the event. The First Deputy Chairperson of the Russian Public Chamber Commission on Development of Science and Education Lyudmila Dudova delivered a speech on the personnel crisis in preschool education.

During the forum, a closed meeting of the Secretaries General of the CIS National Commission for UNESCO was held. Heads of the commissions discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of education and joint research in the field of childhood.
