Draft Concept Paper on common action to counter oncological conditions in the CIS discussed in Minsk

The Paper was drafted as a follow-up to the CIS Agreement on cooperation on issues related to public health of 26 June 1992 and the Concept Paper on public health adopted by the Council of the CIS Heads of State on 18 September 2003 that sets out the framework for countering the spread of oncological conditions in the CIS.
