Draft IPA CIS Council Decision on the CIS Adaptation to Modern Realities discussed in Minsk

The regular meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the CIS Countries at the Charter and Other Bodies of the Commonwealth closed in the CIS Execom in Minsk. The meeting considered the draft Decision of the Council of Heads of State on the Commonwealth Adaptation to New Realities discussed in Minsk.

The meeting also featured drafting of the agendas of CIS MFA Council and the CIS Council of Heads of State meetings to be held on 15 and 16 September in Bishkek. Members of the PP Council also discussed proposals on the agenda of the Council of Heads of Government meeting expected to be held on 28 October in the capital of the Republic of Belarus, and shared opinions on the optimization of the staffing levels of the CIS Board of Statistics.
