Extraordinary meeting of the Plenipotentiary Council in Minsk

An extraordinary meeting of the Council of Plenipotentiary Representatives of CIS Member Nations at Statutory and other Bodies of the Commonwealth took place in the CIS Execom yesterday.

The representative of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Yury Andreev attended the meeting.

The meeting focused on staff rotation in CIS bodies, competitive recruitment process and the inventory review of contractual and legal framework of the CIS.

The meeting approved the plan of further work of the Council with respect to adapting CIS activities to current realities, cost saving and operational optimization of its bodies.
