International congress Safety on the Roads for the Safety of Life to take place on 25-26 September

On 25-26 September 2014 the IPA CIS, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the MFA are holding the fifth international congress Safety on the Roads for the Safety of Life in SPB.

The Organizing committee is chaired by the Speaker of the Federation Council and Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko.
Previous Congresses were instrumental in coordinating international efforts in improving safety on roads. The upcoming Congress is expected to give special focus to road safety for the young generation.
