Meeting of the Commission on Economic Issues at the CIS Economic Council to take place in Moscow

According to the CIS Executive Committee press-service, the participants will discuss the following issues:

-        Draft CIS Cooperation Agreement on Preparedness to Nuclear Accidents or Radiation Emergencies and Mutual Assistance in Liquidation of their Consequences;

-        Draft Agreement on cooperation of the CIS member nations in the field of electronic and electrical equipment waste management.

-        implementation of the interstate target program “Recultivation of the territories of the states affected by uranium mining operations”;

-        activity of the Interstate Council on Legal Protection and Protection of Intellectual Property in 2010-2016;

-        activity of the Interstate Coordination Council of the Heads of Boards of Insurance Supervision of the CIS Member Nations;

-        activity of the Intergovernmental Council on Timber Industry and Forestry in 2014-2017;

-        activity of the basic CIS organization on preparation on training, professional retraining and advanced training of personnel in the oil and gas industry;

-        date and draft agenda of the regular meeting of the Commission on Economic Issues.
