Regular meeting of the CIS Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives will be held in Minsk

On 10 October 2018, a meeting of the CIS Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives at the Statutory and other Bodies of the Commonwealth will be held at the CIS Executive Committee in Minsk.
Chairman of the Executive Committee – Executive Secretary of the CIS Sergey Lebedev will attend the meeting.
The participants will focus on the outcome of the meetings of the Council of the CIS Foreign Ministers and the Council of the CIS Heads of State held in Dushanbe and outline priorities for the CIS Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives and the CIS Executive Committee on the implementation of the adopted documents.
Preparations for the next meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of Government scheduled on 2 November 2018 in Astana will also be reviewed.
The Permanent Representatives of the Commonwealth countries will also discuss the activities of the CIS Advisory Board on Physical Culture and Sport, one of the parties of the CIS Cooperation Agreement on Physical Culture and Sport. First Deputy Minister of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus Vyacheslav Durnov will report on this issue.
