The 6th International Congress “Road Safety for the Safety of Life” starts in Saint Petersburg

The Exhibition Forum in the LenExpo exhibition hall (Saint Petersburg) is opened within the framework of the 6th International Congress «Road Safety for the Safety of Life».

Among the participants of the opening ceremony, there were the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Deputy Chairman of the Congress Organizational Committee Yuri Vorobyev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrghyz Republic Zhenish Razakov, Secretary General of the Council of the Inerparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS) Alexey Sergeev, Chief State Traffic Safety Controller of Russia Viktor Nilov, representatives of the Commonwealth members, as well as business community and non-governmental organizations.

As Yuri Vorobyev mentioned, the Forum assembles more than 90 Russian and foreign organizations, on its basis more than 30 social projects, interactive training methods and civil initiatives in the sphere of the traffic safety are presented. “Demonstration of the up-to-date techniques and latest achievements in the traffic organization will undoubtedly be interesting for the wide range of specialists and scientists”.
