Development of National Brands Discussed at “Commonwealth of Fashion” Forum

Today, the first International Forum “Commonwealth of Fashion” takes place at the IPA CIS headquarters.
During the roundtable “National Brand as a Factor in Preserving Cultural Identity in Context of Globalization”, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Alla Manilova noted the need to develop a creative cluster, which, in her opinion, would increase the level of the creative economy.
Within the framework of the thematic section “The Role of Cultural Institutions in Development of Cultural Industries”, the participants discussed the symbiosis of the conceptual and traditional approaches in the fashion industry.
Representatives of brands, manufacturers and sellers of fashion products discussed interaction at all stages of the movement of goods from an idea to a buyer at the roundtables “Ecosystem of Sustainable Development of Fashion Business” and “Fashion Retail Today”.
