IPA CIS International Observers Honored Memory of Heroes of Great Patriotic War in Minsk

IPA CIS international observers laid flowers at the eternal flame at the Minsk Victory Square. The memorial complex was opened in Minsk in 1954. It immortalized the memory of the country’s inhabitants, soldiers of the Red Army, partisans and underground warriors who gave their lives in the fight against Nazism. Laying flowers at memorials dedicated to the common Victory is a tradition respected by MPs in every country of the Commonwealth.
