Electoral processes across the CIS to be discussed in Minsk

The conference is co-organized by the IPA CIS Council Secretariat, CIS Execom and the House of Representatives of the Republic of Belarus. Among the participants are Sergey Lebedev, Executive Secretary of the CIS, Alexey Sergeev, Secretary General, IPA CIS Council, RRs of CECs of the CIS countries, ODIHR/OSCE, IPA CIS IIMDP, etc.

Since 2001, election observation has been a cornerstone in the work of the IPA CIS. Until now, the CIS Execom has deployed 73 monitoring missions formed of 14 thousand observers from the CIS, the IPA CIS, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia.
