IPA CIS observers visited the Constitutional Court of the Azerbaijan Republic

Chief Justice noted that the mission of the IPA CIS observers was very important for Azerbaijan because the public is increasingly sensitive to the strict compliance with the election laws. People get to understand that their participation in the elections makes a difference for the nation’s future.

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS and thy representative of Milli Mejlis at the IPA CIS Aydin Jafarov noted that the team plans to extend its geography of its monitoring mission this year.

Director of the IPA CIS IIMDD Dmitriy Gladey said long-term monitoring mission is in a position to collect facts on the ground to make informed findings about the state of readiness for the elections.
