The Constitutional referendum date in the Republic of Azerbaijan is fixed

According to the executive order of Ilkham Alive, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the national constitutional referendum will take place on 26 September 2016.

On 18 July 2016 the President had forwarded the draft act on the referendum to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan which approved the constitutional reform to be regarded at the nation-wide referendum.
