The IPA CIS international observers are monitoring international station ballots

According to the electoral legislation, citizens residing abroad can vote only at diplomatic missions, consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic. 36 ballot stations were arranges in 26 countries.

IPA CIS international observers are working at ballot stations in Baku, Minsk, Moscow, and St. Petersburg.

The observers noted that the ballot stations had been opened in time.

14 political parties are standing for the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on 4 October.
