Kirgizstan to establish a working group to improve electoral framework

Bishkek Office of IIMDP held a seminar Practical Implementation of Election Legislation in Kirghizstan which was sponsored by the Executive Office of the President by way of follow-up to the Presidential Order of 11 March 2013 on Improving the National Electoral System.

The seminar was attended by staff of the Presidential Executive Office, CEC, territorial elecoms, Office of the Prosecutor General, National High Court, Police Corps, and MoJ. The seminar analyzed legal practices, election-related case complaints and reactive processing, drafted practical recommendations.
