Askhat Nuskabaj Awarded Certificate of Merit of Speaker of Senate of Parliament of Republic of Kazakhstan

Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev awarded Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Nuskabaj with the Certificate of Merit for his significant contribution to the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation, for the promotion of foreign policy initiatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
