Dmitriy Kobitskiy: Delphic Games Make Great Contribution to Maintaining CIS Cultural Relations

On 23 April 2022, the XXI Youth Delphic Games of Russia kicked off in Krasnoyarsk in the ice palace Crystal Arena. IPA CIS Council Secretary General Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent a greeting to organizers and participants. Secretary General recalled that the IPA CIS traditionally supported the Delphic Games and regularly discussed them at the meetings of relevant permanent commissions and wished all participants of the XXI Youth Delphic Games of Russia positive experience, new friends and creative success.

Competitive and festival programs of the Games, as well as awards ceremonies are held from 24 to 26 April. In total, a record number of awards – 106 sets – will be competed for in 34 nominations, including dancing, playing musical instruments, hairdressing, clothing design, etc. The closing ceremony of the XXI Youth Delphic Games and a gala concert of laureates will take place on 26 April in the Crystal Arena.
