Jogorku Kenesh Representation at IPA CIS Commiserates with Relatives of Tuman Zhumbaev

On 7 August, the artist Tuman Zhumbaev died in St. Petersburg at the age of 59.

The master was born in Kyrgyzstan, however, he spent most of his life in Russia, St. Petersburg. Tuman Zhumbaev graduated from I. Serov Leningrad Art School (now – N. Roerich St. Petersburg Art School) and the I. Repin Leningrad State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (now – I. Repin St. Petersburg Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture). He was the member of the Union of Artists.

The Representation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic grieves over the death of a talented compatriot, an outstanding artist, whose talent brought joy to people of different nations, and expresses sincere condolences to the family and friends of Tuman Zhumbaev.
