UNCITRAL Working Group on Insolvency Law Holds 60th Session

The 60^th session of the UNCITRAL Working Group V (Insolvency Law) takes place on 18-22 March 2022.

On 21 March 2022, Head of the Model Law-Making Support Department Sergey Belousov represented the IPA CIS Council Secretariat at the event via videoconferencing. During the Session, the Working Group considered issues related to the tracing and recovery of assets in a civil procedure in the framework of insolvency proceedings and the legislation applicable in insolvency proceedings, as well as a number of other issues.
