Flare of the Eternal Flame delivered to St. Petersburg from Astana

The flare was delivered this morning and collected for the final ceremony on 16 April. Valery Nuyanzin, Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Secretariat, and Yelena Lezik, Director, Monument of Heroic Defenders of Leningrad, led the collection.
