Russian MPs Ratified Convention on Legal Aid and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters

The members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation have ratified the Convention on Legal Aid and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters. The CIS countries are parties to the Convention.

According to the document, the contracting parties are entitled to the same legal protection of personal, property and non-property rights in the territories of all countries that are parties to the Convention, as the citizens of those countries.
