Dmitriy Kobitskiy: Delphic Games are Important Element of Common Cultural Space of CIS

The 15th CIS Youth Delphic Games kicked off. About 700 artists aged 10 to 25 compete in ten nominations: piano, violin, academic, folk and pop singing, folk and contemporary dance, circus art, folk and wind instruments.

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent greetings to the participants, organizers and jury members of the Delphic Games. He noted that the Delphic Games provided young representatives of the Commonwealth countries with an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and reveal their creative potential. For thousands of participants, the Games were a start in professional activities in the field of culture and art. Dmitriy Kobitskiy emphasized, that the IPA CIS traditionally supported the Delphic Games, considering them as an important element of the common cultural space of the Commonwealth. He also noted that the remote format of participation this year posed new challenges for the organizers, members of the jury and the participants of the competition.
