Leadership of IPA CIS Council Secretariat Presented Diplomas to Graduates of SpBU and RANEPA St. Petersburg

On 12 July, a master’s graduation ceremony took place in the School of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University.
Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat – Director of the International Institute for Monitoring the Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of the IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD), Doctor of Law, Professor Ivan Mushket took part in the ceremony.
Congratulating the graduates, he noted the increasing relevance of the educational program "International Relations" and the high level of education provided by the School of International Relations of SPbU.
On 17 July, the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage Museum hosted a graduation ceremony of the North-West Institute of Management of RANEPA. Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy participated in the ceremony.
In his address Dmitriy Kobitskiy noted the high level of education provided by RANEPA.
