St. Petersburg Economic Forum kicked off in the Northern capital of Russia

The XVIII SPIEF takes place in St. Petersburg on 22-24 May 2014. 146 major international and 450 Russian brands confirmed their participation at the Forum this year.
Valentina Matvienko, Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, and IPA CIS Council Secretary General Alexey Sergeev are expected to participate at the Forum.
In 1996, the IPA CIS and the Federation Council jointly resolved to hold the first economic forum in St. Petersburg at the Tavricheskiy Palace.
