Kayrat Ischanov: observation of elections will begin right in the morning

At various public occasions, the IPA CIS Observation Team Leader Kayrat Ischanov shared the schedule of election observation:

On E-day we will begin our observation from the opening of the PSs. Towards the end of the day we will take stock of our monitoring. The next day we will announce publicly our findings at an end-of-operations press conference.
